FAQ: Ashwini & Janvier

Continuing the FAQ series:

Will Ashwini and Janvier from "Angels' Pawn" get a book?

I love these two! I would very much like to write a book about them, but there is also the chance that their story will be told through the series. We shall see how things develop. As it is, you'll see more of both of them, since Janvier is relocating to New York.

Ooooo this is quite exciting, whether its in their own story or throughout the series, their interactions are so funny. Thanks Nalini!

I love these two too! I hoped we would see more about them so I'm glad it'll happen. And maybe, in their case, I'd like to see their story develops through several books rather then just one... Thanks for the news and (belated) happy Easter!

Yes agree with everyone here. Ashwini and Janvier are wonderful. Half the time Janvier is just being talked about during a hunter meeting, and he sparks off the page.

question: of all the hunters, I'm dying to know/see more of Vivek. Elena has checked to see if he's compatible for transition to vampire...Will Vivek play a larger role in upcoming books?

AHHHH!!! News on my 2nd favorite Guild Hunter couple (first still goes to Elena and Raphael)!! Best news all day!

I've been waiting for any news on Ashwini and Janvier since I've read Angels' Pawn when it was first released on your site. I was so anxious for any news that I remember asking you about them at a Barnes & Noble Q&A during your Kiss of Snow tour last year. :)

A standalone book or having their love story spread over other books? I'm excited either way! As long as I can get my dose of Janvier (rawwwwwwwwr), I'm game! :D

Very happy to hear we'll be seeing more of them!

I really hope they get a book. I feel like their story has so much to tell that it would not get as much details as if it was told through the series.

I just want to thank you for recommending, "About That Night"- by Julie James. I'm not a real fan of contemporary romance, but I bought it and loved it! (And then I went and bought the other two books in the series and really enjoyed them as well.)
Thanks again for the recommendation!! ;-)

I'm so happy they will be in future books! But I agree with the other comments that their own book would be nice. They seem to have an amazing relationship that I would love to read it all in thier own book. I have never liked side charachters as much as I like these two!

They are some of my favorite characters, too, and I would love to see them in their own book if you have the opportunity. I really thought Angel's Pawn was fantastic.

I'll take what I can get of them. They're great together and we know he relocated to new york so he could be closer to his ashblade :)

Love these two! I'd love a book, but at the very least more time with them. I was so excited when I saw they were bringing the Cajun to NYC.

I just read Ashwini & Janvier's short story the other night and loved it! Before I hadn't really understood Ashwini at all, and was actually afraid of her! Every time Ellie taked with her I'd think "ooh, she's crazy, watch out" lol. But now I understand her and even really like her:)

I'll take whatever I can get for them in whatever form. I would love to see how they met and those first three hunts Ash went on after Janvier. I'd really REALLY love to read that backstory!!!!

I would love to hear about them, though I'd think it would be in a novella rather than a full book. I am a fan of both series and what I've read of Ashwini and Javier I think they'd be a riot, but again novella worthy or within a Elena/Raphael book
