Release Dates / DIK / Movie

Some cool news: Mine to Possess (Clay's story) now has an official release date of February 2008, so the current schedule stacks up like this:

Caressed By Ice - Sep 07
An Enchanted Season - Oct 07
Mine to Possess - Feb 08

Other good news, Visions of Heat got a Desert Isle Keeper review from AAR!! :)

I spent most of the weekend working but I did manage to see the movie, Inside Man, with Denzel Washington, Jodie Foster and Clive Owen. Have any of you seen it? It's about the perfect bank robbery. Very good movie. I thought I had it figured out, but nope.

So, what did you all get up to?

M yparents took my kids for the weekend so the hubby and i went out for dinner and then went and saw the 300. It was good, but I did not think it was as good as everyone was saying.

Kris - I've heard a lot about this movie, too. Is it the kind of movie it's better to see on the big screen, with all the effects?

Nalini, several of the ladies on Lora's forum have been to see it (some more than once.) They all really loved it ... I mean, what's not to love about Gerard Butler? Well, except the beard.

I got the feeling from what they said that it is the type of movie that has more impact if you see it on the big screen than if you just rent it later and watch it on your TV.

P.S.: Is your cough gone yet? If not, will you PLEASE go to the doctor and get some drugs? We need you well and writing for our pleasure. *sigh* Those release dates are way too far away. I'm ready NOW.

LOL - Jennifer I am also ready now. :)

I am hoping to go and see the 300 this week. Not my usual sort of thing, I like happy endings.

And I spent this weekend working on my WIP, instead of studying which was a little bit naughty.

Jennifer - I'm working, I'm working LOL! :)

Lesley - what are you working on? We must know *g*

LOL - maybe not so surprisingly it's a vampire story.

But at the rate I'm going it will be sometime in 2012 before it's even submitted. (Okay that may be a slight exaggeration).

Since trying to write something, I definitely appreciate the books I read more. (Don't know if that sentence is even grammatically correct, but it's midnight here, so I shall excuse myself.) :)

Good luck with the WIP Lesley, it really makes you pick-up on the language... when you read books doesn't it?

I'm with Jennifer those release dates seem way way to far away from now this very minute.

And Nalini I didn't hear you say your cough was gone! *glare* hope you're looking after yourself.
